The minute we laid eyes on the bride's dotted Divine Atelier gown combined with Forever Wildfield's bleached, organic bouquet we were instantly in love. Morning Cakies! Does anyone else get super wanderlust-y this time of year? This winter wedding editorial by Bruna of Simply Lace Photography leaves us wanting a little change in scenery. It was shot in Ontario where there was a super mild winter this year, but then this whole snow thing happened, and made everything that As You Wish Weddings dreamt up all the more magical.

One question and trend that I hear a lot from brides is, how do we support local businesses and fresh produce farmers for our wedding? Well we’re excited to share a shoot created by Willow Rose Events and a team of creative, who collaborated to combine elements of what fresh, supporting local, and free flowing/organic style looked like. “We wanted to inspire couples that can include all local vendors, small businesses wherever possible and why buying local is good for you too.”
